Andrew Wiese is new Director of International Programing, boys soccer coach

Andrew Wiese joins Rabun Gap as the Director of International Programming.

Before coming to Rabun Gap, Mr. Wiese spent 9 years at the Anglo-American School of Moscow. He taught IB Economics and IB Business Management for the first 7 years and then served as the High School Associate Principal and the K-12 Child Safeguarding Lead for the last 2 years. He has spent the last 13 years working in international schools in South Korea and Russia. In addition to teaching, Mr. Wiese will assist with the boys soccer and baseball programs. He has 13 years of soccer coaching experience. Mr. Wiese holds an M.Ed in Education Leadership from Georgia Southern University and a B.S. in Secondary Education: History from Toccoa Falls College. He also earned a certificate in Advanced Education Leadership from Harvard. 

In his free time, Mr. Wiese likes to run and play soccer. He lives in Demorest, GA, with his wife, Brittany (Director of Early Learning) and their two children, Patrick ‘32 and Peyton ‘34.
