Lower School Application Process

  • STEP 1: Request information to learn more about our program and visit campus.

    Once you submit an inquiry, we will send you more information about our school and invite you to upcoming admission events.
  • STEP 2: Complete the application form.

    The application for Lower School students is completed by the parent. We encourage all applicants to apply online to reduce paper usage and help us process the application more quickly.

    Click the Apply link to create a username and password, then complete the application form. The non-refundable online application fee is $50.

    If you prefer to complete a paper application, we will gladly send you a hard copy. The printed application processing fee is $85. Parents, if you are completing the paper application, please carefully complete all sections of the Parent Questionnaire, then return it with the application and application fee to the Admission Office.
  • STEP 3: Submit Supporting Materials & Evaluation Forms

    Lower School applicants will need to submit evaluation and recommendation forms via the online application process.

    Early Learners: Once you begin the online application, you may electronically submit the appropriate evaluation form to the student's teachers. You will need the evaluator's email address. An optional recommendation form is available and may be completed by the child's minister, coach, fine arts teacher, scout leader, or another relevant adult. If your child has not previously been in school, please contact your admission counselor for assistance.
     
    Grades K-2: Once you begin the online application, you may electronically submit the appropriate evaluation form to the student's teachers. You will need the evaluator's email address. An optional recommendation form is available and may be completed by the child's minister, coach, fine arts teacher, scout leader, or another relevant adult.

    Grades 3-5: Once you begin the online application, you may electronically submit the three evaluation forms to the following individuals where relevant: principal or counselor, English teacher, and math teacher. Please request that they return the completed forms directly to the Admission Office as soon as possible. An optional recommendation form is available and may be completed by the child's minister, coach, fine arts teacher, scout leader, or another relevant adult.

    For applicants who are enrolled in a school, parent(s) or guardian must sign a Release of Records form requesting an official copy of your child's school record. Please give the Release of Records to the appropriate official at your child's current school with instructions to mail the school record to the Admission Office. The school record must include past grade reports, recent grade reports, attendance and discipline records, and any standardized aptitude and achievement test scores.   • STEP 4: Visit campus.

    A parent campus visit is required. We prefer to arrange a campus visit after a student's application is on file. Please call the Admissions Office at 706-746-7720 to schedule an appointment.
  • STEP 5: Academic Evaluation

    We offer academic evaluations for Early Learners through 2nd grade and ISEE testing for grades 3-5 on our campus. Contact the admission office to schedule an evaluation for Early Learners through 2nd grade. You may schedule your ISEE test at www.iseetest.org.
