However, we are still within driving distance of major cities, only two hours away from Atlanta, GA, Greenville, SC, and Asheville, NC. At Rabun Gap students have access to both the city and the countryside.

  • From Asheville, NC

    Take I-40 west to Waynesville and get off at exit 27. Take 19/23 to Sylva. Just past Sylva exit onto 441 south toward Atlanta. Stay on 441. RGNS is located south of Franklin about 17 miles. You will see the campus on the hill to your right as you travel south.
  • From Atlanta, GA

    Take I-85 N then 985 to Gainesville. 985 becomes 365 north of Gainesville. 365 will merge with 441. Stay on 441 to Clayton. RGNS is 7 miles north of Clayton on 441. You will see the campus on the hill to your left as you travel north.
  • From Charlotte, NC

    Take I-85 south through Greenville to SC11 (Exit 1), SC24 to Westminster, US76 west to Clayton, US441/23 north 7 miles to Rabun Gap. You will see the campus on the hill to your left as you travel north.
