Rabun Gap players earn NCSCA All-Region
Jacobo Saenz '21 and Max Geppert '19 honored for stellar 2018 season.
Eagles soccer players Jacobo Saenz '21 and Max Geppert '19 were named to the All-Region team by the North Carolina Soccer Coaches Association.
Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School is in the NCSCA Region 2. Saenz and Geppert were among other top players from Charlotte Latin, Providence Day, American Hebrew, Carmel Christian, Wesleyan Academy, Charlotte Christian, Weschester Country Day, Covenant Day, and Cannon School.
The purpose of the NCSCA is to promote high school soccer in North Carolina and the organization ranks teams as well as selects the All-Region players.
Rabun Gap's varsity boys soccer team had a historic season in 2018. The Eagles advanced to the NCISAA Final Four for the first time in program history.
