NGTC photography work on display in A&T

The exhibit will be up through September 2018.
Graduates from North Georgia Technical College photography program are proud to present images from their 2017-18 portfolio show at  Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School.  The work is on display in the second floor gallery of the A&T through September.

The images range from commercial, fashion, portraiture and nature photography, and each aspiring photographer has selected a quote that represents their approach to photography, such as this amazing line from Dorothea Lange,

“The camera is an instrument that teaches people how to see without a camera.”

The photography program consists of nineteen courses covering the technical, visual and creative aspects of professional photography along with classes in multimedia, Photoshop, business, marketing, and portfolio.

Throughout their studies, photography students hone their skills as they learn the functions of the latest digital cameras, lenses, studio lighting and how to interpret the world around them through photography.

The result is both practical and creative as they gain the skills to take their craft to the next level and launch their careers as visual professionals.
