Rabun Gap cruises past Asheville School 12-1

Rabun Gap downed the Asheville School 12-1 in 5 innings in a game played in Asheville on Tuesday.  The Eagles took advantage of 10 walks and 3 hit batters to go along with 9 hits in pounding out the victory over the Blues.  Jake Knowles had a single and a double and 3 RBI’s to lead the Eagles at the plate.  Adam Justus added a double and scored 3 times while Caleb Croft drove in 2 runs with double in the game.  Johnathan McFall earned his second victory of the season with 4 strong innings of work on the mound. With the win, the Eagles are now 9-9 on the season.
