Eagles win commandingly

The Eagles took game one 6-1 behind the one hit pitching of Carter King.  King struck out 10 for the game and also recorded strike out number 100 of his career.  Rabun Gap jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first inning on singles by Garrison Melzer and King who then scored on on a Jordan Hajazin single.  Enrique Morales hit a solo home run in the second to pad the lead before Divontae Murphy drove in a run in the third with a sacrifice fly.  The Eagles closed out the scoring in the fifth on a two run home run by Divontae Murphy.
