Rabun Gap defeats Walhalla for a second time

Rabun Gap won their home opener 7-3 over the Walhalla Razorbacks on Wednesday night.  Michael Messer started and went four innings to pick up his second win of the season.  The Eagles scored twice in the first on a two out, two RBI triple by Seth Justus.  They added three more runs in the second on RBI hits by Garrison Melzer and Carter King and closed the scoring with two more runs in the fourth on a Carter King double.  Melzer, King and Hunter Stanley each had two hits on the night for the Eagles.  With the win, the Eagles improved to 4-2 on the season.
