Local architect and residential designer speaks to the Rabun Gap community

The Rabun Gap community recently heard from architect and residential designer Georgia Ericson on November 13. 
Students and faculty gathered in the student commons on Wednesday, November 13 to hear from local architect and residential designer Georgia Ericson. She shared with the group how she took what she loved doing and turned it into a career and successful business.

Ericson graduated from the State University of New York at Alfred where she studied architecture.  Ultimately, she founded Main Street Designs in Alpharetta and became a nationally recognized residential designer.  With more than 30 years of residential design experience, Ericson balances her architectural vision with a deep sensitivity for local context and culture.
