What made you choose to work at Rabun Gap?

What did you do before coming to Rabun Gap?

Working with students from all over the world and alongside some great people. Rabun Gap allows me to be on a similar schedule as my family.

What is it like working at the same school that your children attend?
I really enjoy it.  I get to see my son play when I walk to lunch and my daughter when I go see athletes at the middle school.

Why did you decide to become an athletic trainer?
I have always been interested in the body and how things work.  I love being around sports, so this job provides me with both.  I really enjoy helping people.

I love being a dorm parent because it allows me to interact with students outside of our typical settings.

The students can be funny and they are from all over the world.

What’s the most interesting thing about you that we wouldn’t learn from your resume alone?
