Zoe Kennedy joins faculty as science teacher, volleyball coach

Zoe Kennedy will lead our volleyball program as Head Coach and teach science at the Upper School.

Coach Kennedy brings more than eight years of experience coaching high school and competitive club volleyball. During her career, she has led the programs at Convent of the Sacred Heart and Abraham Lincoln High School in New York.  She worked with Asphalt Green Club Volleyball for several years, coaching 13U, 14U, and 16U levels. Coach Kennedy has taught biology and AP Environmental Science for the past four years. She has also taught as an adjunct professor at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. In addition to teaching and coaching, Coach Kennedy operates a small vegan baking business and a pet portrait business. Coach Kennedy holds an M.A. in Education from Brooklyn College and a B.A. in Environmental Science and French from New York University.

In her free time, she enjoys playing chess, baking, hiking, art, reading sci-fi, and backpacking.  She will live on campus.
