Second grade hosts Christmas Market
Students learned entrepreneurship and economics while raising money for a local charity.
The second-grade classes put applied learning to action in Decemeber 2021 as they hosted a Christmas Market to benefit Calvary Home.
Each student designed and created Christmas gifts to sell at the schoolwide market. Students learned about economic and business concepts like pricing, supply and demand, and marketing as they sold products at the market.
