Lexi King named Head Girls Lacrosse Coach, Associate Director of College Counseling

Rabun Gap is excited to announce Lexi King as the new head coach for girls lacrosse. She will also work in the college counseling office as Associate Director of College Counseling. 
 
Coach King brings collegiate coaching experience to our growing girls lacrosse program. She has spent seven years coaching collegiate women’s lacrosse at the NCAA Division II level. She coached at Lees-McRae College, where she also was an All-Conference player. 
 
"Coach King has a great record of success as a collegiate coach and we are so pleased to have her join our faculty,” Head of School Jeff Miles said. “We can’t wait to see her grow the girls lacrosse program at Rabun Gap.” 
 
Coach King comes to Rabun Gap from Girls Preparatory School in Chattanooga, where she was Associate Director of Admission & Auxiliary Programs. 

In her role with College Counseling, Coach King will work with Upper School students on their college admission journey. 
 
Coach King is working on her  Doctorate in Learning in Leadership from the University of Tennessee, and holds an M.A. in Leadership from Shorter University and a B.S. in Sport Administration from Lees-McRae College.
