Erica Willams '13 named Hall of Fame honoree

Rabun Gap names inductees for 2020 Hall of Fame
Erica Williams '13 is one of two inductees into the Rabun Gap Athletic Hall of Fame for 2020. 

Erica attended Rabun Gap from 2008-2013.  She was a member of the varsity girls basketball team for five seasons where she scored over 2,700 points during her career.  Erica received All-NCISAA honors four consecutive years.  Her ability on the court led the team to their first CAA Tournament Championship in 2009, their first state quarterfinal appearance in 2009, their first Final Four appearance in 2011, and their first State Championship appearance in 2013. 

Erica also won the State Championship in girls shot put three consecutive years from 2011-2013.  She went on to have a stellar career at Winthrop University where she was All-Conference for three years and finished as the only player in school history with more than 1,700 points, 800 rebounds, and 300 assists.
