Sixth grade takes local day trips for Extension Week

While the seventh and eighth-grade classes were on trips out-of-state, the sixth explored the local area during their Extension Week.
The Class of 2026 enjoyed several local day trips during Extension Week, October 22-25. They had the opportunity to experience enriching extracurricular and cross-curricular learning activities that took place in and around the region while the seventh and eighth grades were on their own out-of-state trips.

Throughout the week, they explored the Greenville Zoo, made pottery at the Bascom Center in Highlands, NC, took a hiking trip to Anna Ruby Falls, toured the Historic Hardeman Farms, did a campus scavenger hunt and participated in a Rube Goldberg STEAM challenge.
