Jewish High Holy Days celebrated with a special dinner

The Jewish High Holy Days were celebrated with a special dinner at the Demmler home on October 9.
More than 30 students attended a Yom Kippur dinner hosted on campus on Wednesday, October 9.
 
The dinner was held at the Demmler home and hosted by Chaplain Mary Demmler and religious studies teacher Derek Sanders, and their families. The meal celebrated the Jewish High Holy Days of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. 

This is the first of the religious dinners of the year that will be hosted at the Demmler home. The next one is scheduled for the evening of October 22 in celebration of the Hindu festival Diwali.
