Soccer player Will Prim '21 selected to represent Georgia at the Olympic Development Program's Region 3 Camp.
Soccer player Will Prim ‘21 had had a successful summer on the pitch before embarking on his junior season with the Eagles.

Will was selected to represent Georgia at the Olympic Development Program’s Region 3 Camp this summer at the University of Alabama.

“At this event, I played against the other top states in the South, which included Florida, Texas and North Carolina, and got to play in front of top college coaches and staff members,” Will said.

The US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program was formed in 1977 to identify a pool of players in each age group from which a National Team will be selected for international competition; to provide high-level training to benefit and enhance the development of players at all levels; and, through the use of carefully selected and licensed coaches, develop a mechanism for the exchange of ideas and curriculum to improve all levels of coaching.

In addition to being selected for the ODP Camp, Will also participated in ID camps at Davidson College and The University of the South.
