Eagles standout and recent graduate Devyn Munroe ‘19 has signed to play baseball for Truett McConnell University.
Eagles standout and recent graduate Devyn Munroe ‘19 has signed to play baseball for Truett McConnell University.
A native of Nassau, Bahamas, Devyn was a leader at the plate for the Eagles. During his senior season, he hit .403, recorded eight doubles, four triples, and five home runs, and knocked in 19 RBIs.
“Devyn had a really strong senior year for us this year,” said Eagles Head Baseball Coach Stuart Jump. “Devyn has put himself in a very good position for next year because he is joining a strong program at Truett-McConnell and has a chance to step in and play right away. I look forward to seeing what he will accomplish next spring”
Truett McConnell University, located in Cleveland, GA, is a member of the NAIA Appalachian Athletic Conference.
