Eagles baseball defeat Rabun County at home 9-6

Rabun Gap defeated Rabun County 9-6 in a back and forth game that saw five lead changes and two ties.
On Tuesday, March 27,  Rabun Gap defeated Rabun County 9-6 in a back and forth game that saw five lead changes and two ties. 

The Eagles jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the second inning on a Connor Hancock home run and an RBI single by Gai Kumamoto. After Rabun County scored three runs in the top of the third, Hancock tied it in the bottom of the third when he doubled in Justin Sanchez who had reached on a single.  Trailing 6-4 entering the bottom of the sixth inning the Eagles scored 5 runs on six walks, a hit batter and a safety squeeze bunt by Bryson Becker. 
Connor Hancock led the Eagles at the plate with a double and a home run and two RBI's on the night, while Devyn Munroe picked up the win and Bryson Becker earned the save on the mound.
