Conor Bozzi Named Head Varsity Wrestling Coach

Coach Conor Bozzi has been hired as the new Varsity Wrestling Head Coach at Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School.

Coach Bozzi comes to Rabun Gap from Saint Andrews School where he taught and coached.  He has served more than 15 years as a wrestling coach at some of the most competitive national programs in New England, coaching numerous high school wrestling All-Americans. Coach Bozzi has led over twenty wrestlers to Prep Nationals and helped place several wrestlers at the Division 1 level.

"Coach Bozzi is a top-level wrestling coach who has competed in one of the most competitive leagues in the country.  He is connected and will do an outstanding job taking our program to the next level," said Head of School Jeff Miles.

He earned his BA in History from The University of the South in Sewanee and his MAEd from Northeastern University in Boston.  He has also coached football, track, and girls basketball at the upper and middle school levels.  In addition to coaching wrestling, Coach Bozzi will teach in the humanities department.

Coach Bozzi will help elevate the success of Rabun Gap's wrestling program, which has produced two individual NCISAA state champions and one All-American in the past two years.
