Proven Competitive Growth: Program record improved from 3–15 to back-to-back 17-win seasons (2024, 2025) under current leadership.
College-Ready Development: Athletes train 5–6 days per week with structured practices, match play, strength training, and conditioning.
Year-Round Opportunities: Fall varsity season paired with a competitive club season (December–May) through local travel clubs.
College Exposure & Recruiting: Team participation in college camps at institutions such as Western Carolina University and University of Tennessee–Chattanooga.
Next-Level Success: Alumni competing in the NCAA, with current athletes recruited across Division I, II, and III programs; most recent commitment to Adelphi University (NY).
Strong Athletic Pipeline: Approximately 35% of Rabun Gap student-athletes go on to compete at the collegiate level.

Meet Our Coach

Coach Zoe Kennedy serves as Head Volleyball Coach at Rabun Gap, bringing eight years of varsity coaching experience and a competitive club background with Coast Volleyball Club, one of the nation’s top programs. Originally from California, Coach Kennedy spent nearly a decade coaching in New York City before joining Rabun Gap in 2022. Known for her athlete-centered approach and emphasis on growth both on and off the court, she is passionate about developing resilient, college-ready players.
