Film & Photography
Framing the World Through Film and Photo
Our emerging Film & Photography program offers Upper School students the opportunity to dive into the world of cinematic storytelling and digital photography using professional-grade equipment and industry-standard techniques.
The program combines creative vision with technical expertise. Students work hands-on with high-end cameras, lenses, and editing software to bring their stories to life, whether capturing the perfect still image or directing a short film. Field work is a key part of the program, with students exploring Rabun Gap’s stunning 1,400-acre campus and surrounding mountains as a backdrop for their creative projects. Classes in the Upper School include Film & Photography I and Film & Photography II.
