Discover Early Learning

Our Early Learning program lays a strong foundation for a lifetime of joyful learning.

Designed for children ages 3–5, our Reggio-inspired curriculum nurtures creativity, confidence, and a love of discovery through hands-on, inquiry-based experiences.

Where Curiosity Becomes Confidence

Our Reggio-inspired approach encourages young leaders to ask questions, explore ideas, and express themselves through play. Each day is filled with meaningful, hands-on experiences that spark creativity and build the confidence to try, grow, and thrive.

Wonder leads the way in our classrooms. We inspire a love of learning from day one.

Dedicated Early Learning Environment

The Early Learning program is housed in a dedicated center at the Lower School that includes outdoor classrom space. With class sizes of 10 or fewer, children receive individualized attention in a nurturing atmosphere.

Our space is built for little learners, and they have access to all Rabun Gap has to offer.

Nature-Based Learning, Every Day

Children spend at least one hour outside daily, engaging in purposeful play and exploration. Our 1,400-acre campus becomes an extended classroom where students connect with the natural world, enhancing creativity, resilience, and a sense of wonder.

Nature is our favorite classroom, and your child will have opportunities to explore our vast campus.

Documenting Growth, Together

In true Reggio-inspired fashion, we treat learning as a journey, one worth documenting and celebrating. Our teachers track each child's progress and development. Families receive regular updates and insights that support readiness for kindergarten and lifelong success.

We build a strong foundation for kindergarten and beyond. And you'll be involved every step of the way!
