Athletic Trainer, Carey Ann Schuck, ATC, is certified by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification (NATABOC). She attended Western Carolina University where she earned a Bachelors' Degree in Athletic Training.  While attending Western Carolina University, she completed clinicals at Rabun Gap Nacoochee school as Patty Fahringers' first student.  Carey Ann has also completed her graduate work at the University of South Carolina, earning a Masters of Arts in Teaching Physical Education.

 

RGNS athletic training facilities include:

• Modalities: electrical stimulation, whirlpool, ultrasound, hydrocollator (moist heat).
• Five on-campus Automated External Defibrillators (AED's).
• Rehabilitation Equipment: stationary bike, manual resistance equipment, physio balls, dumbbells, and cuff weights.
